What to expect:
✦ All aboard a magical train that'll transport you from Surrey to a Christmas wonderland. Stroll through the wintery forest, past the giant snow globe, and onto the North Pole to see penguins and much more.
✦ A private meeting with Santa awaits, but not before seeing the reindeer in the barn, his post room, the winter village, iceberg alley, and many more new characters that come alive with the magic.

Come and meet Ant and Dec, Santa’s friendly and treasured reindeer.
Along with the chance to meet our reindeers, warm up in our all-new Santa Yard, where you can purchase hot chocolate or mulled wine to sip by a crackling fire and stroll beneath twinkling lights. It's a place full of festive cheer, joyful moments.
Magical VR 4D Sleigh Ride
Put those goggles on and experience a wonderous journey as your travel through the North Pole. Enjoy a 360° view with 4D elements to give you that authentic experience. It will really feeling like you are flying!
